Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the month of December are crucial for JBL. And to ensure this year was one of the most profitable, they tasked us with creating a fun, inspiring campaign across email and display ads.
This campaign included Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Single's Day, Green Monday and the days leading up to shipping cutoff in December. In total, I wrote around 25 emails and around the same number of display ads. I also worked with designers and leadership to ensure that nothing began to feel too repetitive within the campaign.
Despite the challenge of 2020, this campaign was a great success for JBL. They loved the "Give Joy" messaging we created, as well as how we brought variety to the campaign while still maintaining a sense of cohesion.
